Time hour in Community: about a few days now
How would you run your battalion? I would run by battalion but doing drills like Ian use to do and Estabon use to do. I would PT them daily, see their knowledge about ranks formations, gun training..... I would not let anyone be disrespectful or I will give them 2 strikes, if they do get 2 strikes they will be removed from the battalion for either being toxic, rude, disrespectful to officers, or anything in those lines. I would also give my troops *some* freedom because I cannot also be there 24/7 to either train them that is why when I do get an XO I will make sure he trains them the same way I do and I will also switch it up in the mix because I don't want them doing the same thing every time. I also would give them daily jobs of what to do if the XO and me aren't there, I will have someone in the highest rank command them *someone who I trust* to take command and lead my men into battle. I am not here to play around, I am here to show that my battalion can be ready for action at all times, listen to orders, take command, do daily trainings and so much more.
Why should we pick you as the Commander over others? Well in general you should choose me because I am not toxic, like most people and I do a lot more for my battalion. I have made mistakes as a Commander and I am going to be 100% honest I didn't know what to do *before* but now that I have been taught how to train my men and how I know that daily routine of a Commander I believe I know my duties, I can be responsible I think I would make a great Commander.

I know my vote won't matter but +1 for 187th he was Bacara on cryo not good nor bad, but I feel like he can improve from his old mistakes. Dab
