In-Game Name: Carnage In-Game Rank & Battalion: CT PVT Discord Name & Tag (Bob#1111): Carnage#6171 What Commander are you applying for?: 501st Do you have a working Mic?: In Discord Time in the community?: Not much but have major experience not only leading but also taking orders and executing them. How would you run the Battalion as the Commander?:I will have it well disciplined but still have fun in the process. First off minging will not be allowed I don't care if you mess around but if you do it on my time when I need you to be serious we have a problem. I will Run my punishment as follows Strike I: You get yelled at and told not to do it again Strike II: PT for 10 minutes then grammar jacks four sets of ten and a demotion. Strike III: Demotion back down to private and if necessary immediate kick out of the battalion now even if you get kicked out of my battalion and still harass or minge around it you will be blacklisted from ever joining again period. My plan for training is simple but effective All it takes is me running drills such as churchasides ( Brutal Suicides ), grammar jacks, PT and trigger discipline every day to keep the men at top shape and make sure they are capable individuals. I however am not excused from this training I will be running the training on myself as well everyday to show the men just because your a high rank doesn't mean you can slack off. Now this training and more of it will be done everyday when we can all establish a time where we can all meet and get in training for the day. Grammer Jacks ( 3X10 ) Churchasides ( 2 sets ) Personal Training ( 5 Laps ) Trigger Discipline will be done by a trooper moving in front back and forth and the other will fire if you hit the person you get one suicide and so on and so forth for every time you hit the person after that switch. Along the way I intend on learning each members strengths, weakness and overall skill set by sitting down and talking to each soldiers. I am sure along the way there will be joking and pranks along the way but only when the time is correct and not when I need all my soldiers to pay attention. That is how I intend on running the battalion with a fist but an understanding fist that will take care of my own. Why should we choose you as the Commander over others?: I have experience as a trooper and a commander. I have no quit in me so therefore I will never leave or give up on one of my own even if it means working with them privately so they can become better. I want this and am willing to bust my ass to work hard for it to prove my worth. Finally I believe you should pick be because of that mentality of I will do whatever it takes to earn respect while not a lot of people have that like I said before I'm willing to bust my ass for it.
